Development Services:
DMC has years of experience in community development, both in-fill and new development projects. Development map and plan review, feasibility studies, entitlements, reviewing and conditioning development proposals, and permitting can all be done in-house or contracted directly to Delta Municipal Consulting.
General Municipal Engineering:
Delta Municipal Consulting can provide overall management for the Public Works and Engineering Department, including staff placement, budget design, review, and approval, administering maintenance personnel and contracts, and General Plan design and approval. Additionally, DMC can develop, design, and manage stormwater programs, adhering to the NPDES permit and process.
